United Van Der Horst Ltd board approves preferential issue to promoter

The Board of Directors of United Van Der Horst Ltd at its meeting held Today i.e. Friday, 27th August, 2021 have approved the raising of funds by way of creating, offering, issuing and allotting 9,00,000 Equity Shares having face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at Rs.15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) each by way of Preferential Issue to Mr. Jagmeet Singh Sabharwal, Promoter of the Company at the value determined by Independent Registered Valuer in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 165 of Chapter V of SEBI (Issue Of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018,Subject to the shareholders' approval by way of passing the Special Resolution in the General Meeting and other necessary approvals (including applicable statutory and regulatory approvals) and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Shares of United Van Der Horst Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 56.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 329 in over 9 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 60.5 and intraday low of 56.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19412.
