Allied Digital Services Ltd to transform IT operations for a global automotive major

Allied Digital Services Limited (BSE: 532875; NSE: ADSL), has won a Six year contract valued at USD 88 million (INR 650 Crores) pure services business to transform IT operating model and infrastructure landscape across workplace management, for a global automotive giant. The transformation will establish a fully scalable on-demand digital IT anytime-anywhere workplace and empower the end-customer to propel business growth. The contract will span work in several countries. Apart from India we would be managing this contract through our subsidiaries in USA, Canada, Japan, China, Brazil, UK, Singapore, Australia and EU.

Shares of Allied Digital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 58.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21585 in over 512 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.5 and intraday low of 56. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1273865.
