CreditAccess Grameen Ltd to raise Rs. 100 crores through issue of securities

The Executive, Borrowings and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd, in its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, August 24, 2021, has considered and approved the terms and conditions for issuance of 1000 (One Thousand) rated, senior, secured, listed, transferable, redeemable, principal protected market linked Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 (INR Ten Lakhs only) each, aggregating up to Rs. 100,00,00,000 (INR One Hundred Crores only).

Shares of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 621.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 635.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1995 in over 262 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 630 and intraday low of 610.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1234458.
