The Shareholders of Pudumjee Paper Products Ltd at their 07th Annual General Meeting held on 21st August, 2021, have, has re-appointed Dr. Ashok Kumar (DIN: 07111155), as Executive Director w.e.f. 28th May, 2021 and Mr. Vinod Kumar Beswal (DIN: 00120095), Mr. Nandan Damani (DIN: 00058396), Mrs. Madhu Dubhashi (DIN: 00036846) & Mr. Basant Kumar Khaitan (DIN: 00117129), as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company for second term w.e.f. 17th September, 2021.
