India Ratings revises rating outlook of Prism Johnson Ltd

India Ratings and Research Private Limited ('India Ratings') has revised its rating outlook on the long term debt instruments of Prism Johnson Ltd to 'Positive' from 'Stable', while affirming the ratings at 'IND A+'. The rating on commercial paper has been affirmed at 'IND A1+'.

India Ratings, has assigned the Credit Rating 'IND A+/Positive' to the proposed new issue of Unsecured Rated Listed Redeemable Taxable Non-convertible Debentures, Tranche - XVIII of Rs. 95 Crores of the Company on private placement.

Shares of PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 132.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20804 in over 669 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 133.6 and intraday low of 131.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2760184.
