Tarmat Ltd board to consider preferential allotment on Aug 21, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Tarmat Ltd will be held on Saturday 21st August, at 01.00 PM at the Corporate office of the Company to consider and take on record, the proposed issue of equity shares in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 through preferential basis to promoter & non-promoter group.

The board will also consider proposed issue and allotment of convertible warrants into equity shares in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 through preferential basis to promoter & non-promoter group.

The board will also consider any other business with the permission of the chair which is incidental and ancillary to the Business.
