Polyplex Corporation Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 33

The Board of Directors of Polyplex Corporation Ltd in its meeting held on August 14, 2021 have approved the declaration and payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 @ Rs. 33/- (Rupees Thirty Three only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each subject to TDS/Withholding Tax. 'Record date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 has been fixed as August 26, 2021 and Interim Dividend is proposed to be paid within the time prescribed under law.
