Celebrity Fashions Ltd board approves preferential issue to ARES Diversified, FPI

The Board of directors of Celebrity Fashions Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, 13th August 2021 has approved the issuance of upto 49,96,235 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00/- each to ARES DIVERSIFIED, FPI, Public Category, on a preferential basis ('Preferential Issue') in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ('SEBI ICDR Regulations'), as amended, and other applicable laws, subject to the approval of regulatory / statutory authorities and the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Celebrity Fashions Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.88 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17562 in over 141 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.76 and intraday low of 10.88. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 196228.
