TANFAC Industries Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of TANFAC Industries Ltd at their meeting held today, considered and approved the Interim Dividend of Rs.3.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The record date of 23rd August, 2021 has been fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend which shall be paid or transferred to the shareholders before 7th September 2021.

Shares of TANFAC Industries Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 310.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 305.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20010 in over 346 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 322.95 and intraday low of 301.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6326777.
