CSL Finance Ltd board allots 1,23,38,414 bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of CSL Finance Ltd have considered & allotted 1,23,38,414 bonus equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of 2(two) equity share of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each fully paid up for every 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each fully paid up to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members maintained by the Company's Registrars and Transfer Agents / List of Beneficial Owners, received from the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on July 10, 2021, being the record date fixed for this purpose which was already intimated to BSE Limited.

Shares of CSL Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 138.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 144.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8122 in over 317 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 144.2 and intraday low of 130. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1109566.
