TRC Financial Services Limited to change name as Avasara Finance Ltd

Pursuant to the Certificate of Registration (CoR) from the Reserve Bank of India - Mumbai, the company proposes to diversify also into the business of FinTech financing of MSME sector. To this effect, it was recommended to the Board to change the name.

The Board in its meeting held today at approved the change of name of the Company from 'TRC Financial Services Limited' to Avasara Finance Limited subject to approval by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, shareholders of the Company, Stock exchanges viz., BSE Ltd.

The Company will apply for name availability to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
