Taaza International PTE Ltd to invest in Gayatri Projects Ld

Taaza International PTE Limited, subsidiary of Taaza International Limited has decided to invest to the tune of 5,77,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at an issue price of Rs. 45/- each (including a premium of Rs. 43/- per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 259.74 crores in Gayatri Projects Limited on preferential basis and the same has been considered and approved by the Board of Gayatri Projects Limited.

Shares of Taaza International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.17. The total number of shares traded during the day was 937 in over 2 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7.52 and intraday low of 7.52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7046.
