Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The board of directors of Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd has recommended dividend at the rate of 20%. i.e. Rs.2.00 per each equity share face value of Rs.10/- to non-promoter shareholders of the company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
