IOL Broadband Allots 1600000 equity shares at Rs.89

IOL Broadband Ltd has announced that on October 14, 2006 the Company has allotted 16,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 79 per share in terms of the special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company on September 29, 2006.
