CRISIL assigns ratings to Edelweiss Financial Services Limited's long term borrowings

CRISIL Ratings Limited ('CRISIL'), vide its letter dated August 2, 2021, has assigned the credit rating of 'CRISIL AA-/Negative' to the long term borrowing programme of Rs. 1,500 crores of the Company.

Further, CRISIL has re-affirmed the rating 'CRISIL A1+' assigned to the short term borrowing programmes Rs. 1,500 crores of the Company.

The rating 'CRISIL A1+' on the short term borrowing programmes of Rs. 4,850 crores of the Company has been withdrawn, as the same was unutilised.

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 96.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 96.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 301933 in over 2666 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 97.75 and intraday low of 95.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29129260.
