Creative Castings Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 10 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Creative Castings Limited in its meeting held on Today i.e. 28th July, 2021, approved and recommended payment of final Dividend at the rate of 100% (i.e. Rs. 10.00 per equity shares of Rs. 10.00 each) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021 subject to approval of Members at ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on 18th September, 2021.

Shares of Creative Castings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 369.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 366.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1622 in over 61 trades.
