Coforge Ltd Board declares First Interim Dividend of Rs. 13

The Board of Directors of Coforge Ltd at its meeting held on July 28, 2021, has declared first interim dividend of Rs. 13/- (Rupees Thirteen only) per Equity Share of the Company the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2021-22.

The payment of first interim dividend/ dispatch of dividend warrants would be done within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Shares of Coforge LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4751.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4723.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37844 in over 6961 trades.
