Gyscoal Alloys Ltd enters into OTS with SBI

Gyscoal Alloys Ltd entered into one time settlement (OTS) with the State Bank of India under its scheme of 'SCHEME FOR ONE TIME SETTLEMENT OF NPAs & AUCAs (SEBI OTS 2020)'. The main purpose of OTS was Resolution of NPA Debts. Under this Scheme Company has settled its total loan from SBI by paying amount of Rs. 21,35,06,507/-(Twenty one Crore Thirty Five Lakhs Six Thousand Five Hundred Seven Only).

The Company has received No due certificate vid letter SAMB/AHM/2021-22/CDP/319 from SBI on July 23, 2021.

Shares of GYSCOAL ALLOYS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2.57 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 396166 in over 248 trades.
