Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited to acquire stake in Genext Students Pvt Ltd

Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary of Navneet Education Limited (a NSE and BSE Listed Company) has entered into an agreement on 20th July 2021, with Sat Industries Limited and Genext Students Private Limited (an Associate Company of Sat Industries Limited) to acquire the shares in Genext Students Private Limited. Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited will hold 51.80% stake in Genext Students Private Limited subject to the fulfilment of the terms of the agreement.

Shares of Navneet Education Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.96.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 73768 in over 1576 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 98.55 and intraday low of 94.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7141874.
