Aruna Hotels Ltd fixes July 16, 2021 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Aruna Hotels Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. July 16, 2021 has fixed 23rd July, 2021, Friday, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the Rights Issue ("Record Date").

The rights issue will open for subscription on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 and close on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

Shares of ARUNA HOTELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.23.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19458 in over 103 trades.
