Hatsun Agro Product Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., 14th July, 2021, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share (600%) on the fully paid up equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 per share This is the first interim dividend declared by the Board for the financial year 2021-22.

The board has fixed 23rd July, 2021 as Record Date towards payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 13 August, 2021.

Shares of HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.995.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 984.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6414 in over 842 trades.
