The Debenture Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Transwarranty Finance Ltd has vide Circular Resolution dated 14th July, 2021 approved the allotment of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Fifteenth Tranche/Series O/2021-22, amounting to Rs. 25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) on private placement basis.
