Aruna Hotels Ltd board approves 83:30 rights issue at Rs. 10 per share

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Aruna Hotels Ltd at its meeting held on July 13, 2021, have approved the following terms of the proposed Right Issue and adopted for inclusion in the Letter of Offer and other documents in relation to the Issue:

Right issue Size: 2,49,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10 each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.2,490 Lakhs;

Right Issue Price: Rs.10 Per Equity Share with no Securities Premium;

Right Entitlement Ratio: 83 (eighty three) Rights Equity Share(s) for every 30 (thirty) fully paid-up Equity Share(s) held by the eligible shareholders as on the record date;

Other Terms of the Issue (including renunciation): To be included in the letter of offer to be filed by the Company.

Shares of ARUNA HOTELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.20.68 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9575 in over 56 trades.
