Essar Shipping Ltd to foreclose Bare Boat Charter cum Demise agreement for two vessels

The Board of Directors of Essar Shipping Ltd by a unanimous circular-resolution have approved the foreclosure of Bare Boat Charter cum Demise (BBCD) Agreement for the vessels MV Maithli and MV Maanika based on economic viability after obtaining the requisite regulatory approval.

Shares of ESSAR SHIPPING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.11.29 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.63. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28684 in over 126 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.11 and intraday low of 11.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 331689.
