Bajaj Healthcare Limited board approves listing in NSE

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Healthcare Limited held today, the Board has considered and approved the listing of 1,37,99,200 (One Crore Thirty Seven Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred) equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each of the Company on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

Shares of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.824.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 819.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43822 in over 2051 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 852 and intraday low of 818.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36242618.
