Vishvprabha Ventures Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of Vishvprabha Ventures Ltd have recommend Final Dividend of Rs. 0.25/- (i.e. 2.5%) on Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
