Larsen and Toubro Ltd completes transfer of NxT Digital Business to Mindtree Ltd

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has consummated the transfer of its digital transformation business undertaking, incubated and conducted as L&T-NxT (NxT Digital Business) to Mindtree Limited, a listed subsidiary company.

The transfer is effective from July 1, 2021, consequent to completion of customary conditions precedent, agreed under the Business Transfer Agreement dated May 20, 2021, between the Company and Mindtree Limited.

Shares of LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1492.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1501.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70499 in over 6075 trades.
