Kaira Can Company Limited Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Kaira Can Company Limited at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, have recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 10.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 100%) for the financial year 2020-2021. The same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
