CARE reaffirms ratings of Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited

CARE has reviewed and reaffirmed the ratings for the Bank Facilities and Commercial Paper issue as under:

- "CARE AA+; Stable" [Double A Plus; Outlook: Stable] for Long Term Bank Facilities of Rs.764.04 Crore (reduced from Rs.795.63 Crore);

- "CARE A1+" [A One Plus] for Short Term Bank Facilities of Rs.45 Crore

- "CARE A1+" [A One Plus] for Commercial Paper Issue for an amount aggregating to Rs.100 Crore for a maturity not exceeding one year. (The Company has not issued Commercial Paper(s) during the FY 2020-21 and till date of current FY 2021-22)

Shares of GUJARAT ALKALIES & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.405.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 402.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26908 in over 1201 trades.
