Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 38

The Board of Directors of Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd at its Meeting dated 29th June, 2021 has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 38/- (Rupees Thirty Eight only) per Equity Share on 2,21,97,269 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021.

The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.
