Fermenta Biotech Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Fermenta Biotech Limited at its meeting held on June 29, 2021 has, recommended final equity dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per equity share (50%) of Rs. 5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 for members' approval. (Date of dispatch/payment of the aforesaid final equity dividend shall be announced separately).
