Meera Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Meera Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 29, 2021 has considered and recommended a Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 @ Rs. 0.70/- per equity share i.e. 7% of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company within prescribed time limit.
