Bajaj Steel Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Steel Industries Limited at its meeting held today has considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend at 60% on Equity Capital of the Company i.e., Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year ended on 3lst March, 2021.

Shares of BAJAJ STEEL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.774.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 792. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19200 in over 837 trades.
