Isgec Bags a Major Order for FGD-FGC Package from Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd

Isgec has received a prestigious order for Wet Limestone Flue Gas Desulphurisation System and Flue Gas Conditioning System Package (FGD-FGC Package) from Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd. for their 2x660 MW TPPIB Thermal Power Station at Banharpalli, Jharsuguda, Odisha.

Isgec has Collaboration and Technology Transfer agreement with Babcock Power Environmental Inc., USA for Wet FGD, and it is this advanced technology that will be utilised for this project.

The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, Startup, and Testing of FGD- FGC Package.

Shares of ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.706.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 721.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 203946 in over 8864 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 770 and intraday low of 692.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 148858730.
