HPL Electric & Power Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.15 for FY21

The Board of Directors of HPL Electric & Power Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 28th June, 2021 has considered and approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.15 (1.5%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of HPL Electric & Power Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.61.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12440 in over 192 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 63.8 and intraday low of 61.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 772156.
