Poddar Pigments Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Poddar Pigments Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share on a face value of Rs. 10/- (25%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting.

The Board has decided to fix Book Closure date before 7 days from the date of 30th Annual General Meeting. The date of payment of dividend will be on 15th day after the date of 30th Annual General Meeting.

Shares of PODDAR PIGMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.240 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 239.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 618 in over 34 trades.
