Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd at its Meeting dated 25th June, 2021 has recommended a Dividend of Rs.6/- (Rupees Six only) per Equity Share on 17,10,03,846 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021.

The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.
