Starteck Finance Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of Starteck Finance Limited has recommended final dividend @ 2.5% i.e. Re. 0.25/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each subject to the· approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Promoter & Promoter group have waived their rights to receive dividend.

Shares of Starteck Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.80.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17322 in over 207 trades.
