MSTC Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 4.40

The Board of Directors of MSTC Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.40 per equity share, (i.e.44 % on the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 56th AGM of the Company.
