United Drilling Tools Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of United Drilling Tools Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2021, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs 0.60/- (i.e. 6%) per equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
