PNC Infratech Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of PNC Infratech Ltd in their meeting held on Friday, June 25, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of 25% i.e. Rs.0.50/- (Fifty Paise) per equity shares at face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March,202l, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
