Hisar Metal Industries Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e. June 25, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each (10%) for the financial year ended on March 31,2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of HISAR METAL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.132.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 133.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23501 in over 810 trades.
