Premco Global Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Premco Global Limited has recommended Dividend of Rs.4/- per share of Rs.10 each (40%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meetting of the Company.
