Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 40

The Board of directors of Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited at its meeting held on June 24, 2021, has considered and recommended final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, at the rate of 400% i.e. Rs. 40/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of ELDECO HOUSING & INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2984.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2888.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2436 in over 315 trades.
