The board of directors of Donear Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 22, 2021, has recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs.0.20 paisa per Equity Share (10%) on the Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each (face value) for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
