Bharat Electronics Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Bharat Electronics Ltd at their meeting held on 22nd June, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.20/- per equity share (120%) of Rs.1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2020-21 subject to approval by the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
