Atishay Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of directors of Atishay Limited at its meeting held today has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.70/- per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Atishay Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10569 in over 120 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.95 and intraday low of 35.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 392103.
