Mallcom India Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Mallcom India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., June 19, 2021, has considered and recommended Final Dividend of 30% (i.e. Rs. 3/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each) for the FY 2020-21, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of Mallcom (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.607.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 620.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2511 in over 105 trades.
