Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd at its meeting today has recommended a final dividend @ Rs.10/- (100%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company; the dividend, if declared, will be paid within 10 days of its approval by the Shareholders of the Company at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on August 03, 2021.
