Ashok Alco Chem Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Ashok Alco Chem Ltd at its meeting held on June 16, 2021, have recommended a Dividend @5% i.e. Re. 0.50 per Equity Share face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
